Tanzini, from farm to table @ GTower

7:57 PM

Tanzini ~ italian fine dining @ the 28th floor of GTower, Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur.
~5 minutes walk from Ampang Park LRT Station~

The table setting is simple yet classy...

It took me a while looking through the menu. There were many selections and my friend and I could not decide.

We picked a few things eventually...

1. The soft shell crab salad (RM26) was abit cold when it was served.
2. Wild mushroom zuppe with truffle (RM22) is nice. It's creamy and yummy!

3. The australian lamb chop (RM46) tastes great too! It was so tender and juicy!
4. Tiger prawn vongole (RM38) - The dressing looks interesting with a huge tiger prawn on top. The prawn tastes great, I like it! But not the pasta, it wasn't cooked for long enough. I'd prefer something softer.

5. Aged wagyu tenderloin (RM98) - I actually didn't eat this, but apparently it wasn't great.
6. The grilled jalapeno squid (RM42) was very chewy and the taste wasn't great either. It would be better with more seasoning.

7. The cheese cake was good.
8. According to a true dark chocolate lover, this RM20 chocolate pot will make you feel happier and relieved.

All things considered, what tanzini has to offer are fine italian cuisine, great ambience, nice view of the city skyline and excellent service.
