The sky was clear on the next day morning, we thought it could be our lucky day to get a clear view of mount Fuji. We have got a clear view of it as we walked towards the station. But as we walked further, clouds started to move in and it got abit foggy.

#1 stop - Mt Kachi Kachi RopewayThere we go, hopped on the bus and reached our first stop - Mt Kachi Kachi Ropeway. On a clear day, this is one of the place to get the best view.

Up we go, we got the magnificient view of Lake Kawaguchi.

When we were up on the hill... too bad, clouds had blocked the view. Many people were like us, waited for almost an hour for the clouds to clear. But things didn't get better even after so long. So we wasted no more time, and got down for the next activity.


#2 Stop: Lake KawaguchiWe head to the lake and get onboard for our lake sightseeing.
Nothing much about it, just get onboard relax and chill with the wind blowing, the feeling at the moment was so great, life at that moment was just too good.

LunchHonestly, this place has got nothing really nice to eat. For convenience sake, we got into one of the nearest restaurant.

While checking out the menu, nothing seemed to be interesting…

Another noodle soup? Just plain and good enough to fill 70% of my hungry stomach.

#3 stop – Oishi Park (Free admission)

These are lavender, but only blooms in mid June to mid July.

The clouds were still blocking the view. So while waiting, I had a lavender vanilla ice cream.

It wasn’t really clear, but can see the snow capped mount Fuji in the background. Would be perfect if we could be here during beautiful lavender season.

Cool breeze, slow walks, photo shooting, ice cream, people, fresh air and a volcano.
